Shipping information
All orders will be shipped from our Europe location until further noticed. We also ship packages internationally. Expedited shipping is not available for international shipping. Please be advised that other countries may charge additional fee of customs when your package arrives and this is NOT a SHEKILLEDIT fee. Customs clearance can also lead to delays in delivery
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, we will begin processing your order. It will take approximately 3-5 business days to process your order. Thereafter, your order will be sent from either one of our warehouse locations in Europe, China or New York. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped. All orders can be tracked on the SHEKILLED it web page.
