Registration

Do I need to register to place an order?

-No. You can check out without registering.

I’m I benefiting when I register?

-Yes, you are! It is absolutely free.

-When you place an order, it is easier for checkout that way your name and address is pre- populated for you so you won’t have to enter it every time you make a purchase.

How do I register?

-Simply click on the ‘Account’ button on the top right corner then click ‘create an account’.

Do you ship to my country?

-We ship to the 48 states of the US, Europe, Canada and Central America.

I haven’t received any confirmation email, what’s going on?

-Sorry about that! It’s possible the email went straight in your bulk/spam folder, or we may have an incorrect email address on file.   But no worries just contact customer service contact@shekilledit, and we will verify whether your order was placed and re-send any confirmation emails.

How do I check the status of my order?

-Once your order has been sent out you can track the package on the website on the bottom of the screen. You will also receive a separate email informing you that your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you’re have been placed, we are unable to cancel or many any change any items in the order. However, you can return the unwanted items for an E-gift card.

 

How can I track my order?

-When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have that information you can scroll down to the bottom of the website and click on the ‘Track My Order’ link. You will be redirected to a tracking page.

-Enter the tracking number to get the status of your package. Scroll to the bottom to see route
